We carefully package and ship all custom canvas artworks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each piece is made to order, so production typically takes a few days depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, your artwork will be securely packed and dispatched, with delivery available across the UAE and international locations.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the size of the artwork. Within the UAE, delivery is usually completed within 3 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been shipped, and our team remains available to assist you with any questions throughout the process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of Malak’s artwork, all canvas paintings are made specifically to each client’s request and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We encourage clients to carefully review and confirm all details, including design, size, and specifications, before finalizing their order to ensure complete satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a suitable solution, which may include repair or replacement where applicable.
